How To Apply

Step 1: Download the relevant Application Form, Instalment Agreement and Payee Information Form
Step 2: Deposit or EFT the *non-refundable registration fee of R 300 (first registration) or R 160 (re-registration of existing students) into the bank account upon submission of the application form.  Use the following reference: Initials of Learner + Surname + Grade (Example: Smith EJ 1)

*When paying for more than one child, pay each child’s fees separately
Step 3: Complete APPLICATION FORM, INSTALMENT AGREEMENT and PAYEE INFORMATION FORM in full.  Sign, scan and forward with proof of payment to lebajoa@academyofexcellence.co.za
